President Alberto Fernández led this afternoon at the Kirchner Cultural Center together with the Minister of Economy, Sergio Massa, and governors, the launch of the Irrigated Argentina Comprehensive Plan that seeks to expand the productive area and strengthen regional economies.
The president pointed out that the program "incorporates almost 2 million hectares into the irrigated area, favors more than 50,000 producers" and implies "making a correct reading of what is happening to us. Water has become a scarce commodity , with which knowing how to make the most of it becomes a central policy”.
The Head of State stressed that "this is a very important step, there are 2,000 million dollars that financial entities put at the service of Argentina, so that we can enhance our productive capacity throughout the country."
